1. Who we are

This store is operated by Seat Cover Works, a company registered in France. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Seat Cover Works. "You" refers to the person placing an order or using the site.

By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply at that price.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payment. We do not store your card details.

4. Product information and fit

We describe our products as accurately as we can, and we specify the vehicles each product is designed for. Screen colours vary between devices, and material grain varies between production batches; these variations are not defects. It is your responsibility to select the correct vehicle, year and configuration when ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before you buy.

5. Delivery, title and risk

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

6. Returns and warranty

Our Refund and Return Policy and our Warranty Policy form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, logos, product designs and page layouts — belongs to Seat Cover Works or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it systematically, or to submit reviews or messages that are false, abusive or infringe someone else's rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of a vehicle. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the statutory rights of consumers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Where you contract with us as a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence, and nothing here removes your right to bring proceedings there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
